My Story
"It's imagination that counts, not skill." – Lego
I've been obsessed with art for as long as I can remember, which naturally led me to art school. I loved coming up with big, wild ideas—so much so that I won an award for my college in concept and creativity. Feeling pretty good about that, I packed my bags and moved to the U.S. to study design, only to realize… whoa, people here really love talking about process and conceptual thinking. Suddenly, I wished I had spent less time doodling and more time figuring out why I was doodling.
Fast forward to now—I've spent over a decade in the design industry, working on everything from branding and packaging to prints and graphics. Basically, if it needed creativity, I was on it. You can check out some of my work if you’re curious (or just want to make sure I’m legit).
But here’s the twist—two years ago, I started spending my Fridays with a bunch of hilarious, messy, and ridiculously creative kindergartners, doing art and craft activities. And somewhere between the glitter explosions and paint disasters, I realized… this is what I truly love.
So now, I’m bringing that passion to life by offering art classes that focus on creativity, independence, and play. No stiff rules—just a space where kids can explore, experiment, and turn their wildest ideas into something awesome. My goal? To give kids the freedom to create fearlessly, while sneaking in just enough structure to help them turn their ideas into magic.
